Charts
Updated over a month ago

One of Wobby's most advanced features is its ability to turn your data into charts. You can create charts in Wobby’s Documents chat, with options like line charts, bar charts, and map charts. Each chart comes with labeled X and Y axes, and you can easily customize the view.

You can drag and drop charts directly into your document. Additionally, Wobby can turn a selected portion of text into a chart to help you understand the data better. Simply highlight the text, and Wobby will recommend the best chart type.

Every chart includes a title and a short description to make the data easier to understand. If needed, you can change the chart type by clicking the "Continue on Chart" option.

Built-in Features

Wobby charts come with helpful features to ensure the best results. At the top-right corner of the chat, you'll find options like Validate, Continue on Chart, and a menu under three dots.

  • The Validate option lets you see how Wobby created the chart, showing the steps behind the AI's work. If you know coding, you can even review the Python code.

  • The three dots offer additional options such as Insert into Page, Edit, Download as PNG, and Share with your organization.

The “Insert into Page” option places the chart directly into your document. You can also click “Edit” to change the format, colors, or other settings. Additionally, you can download the chart as a PNG or share it with your team.

More Features

Once the chart is added to your document, more features will become available. By clicking the smart tools icon in the top corner of the chart, you’ll find two options: Generate Content and Investigate Trends.

Generate Content helps you create titles, subtitles, paragraphs, and bullet points and even adds images related to the chart. You can also decide where the image will appear—left, right, or center.

Investigate Trends allows Wobby to search online sources and create a draft based on current information. If everything looks correct, you can add the draft to your document by clicking the insert button. You can also check the sources for accuracy.

Other options, like Clear Formatting, Copy, Duplicate, and Delete, are available by clicking the dots on the top left of the chart. The “Clear Formatting” option removes all edits, while “Copy” allows you to move the chart elsewhere in the document. The "Duplicate" option creates an identical chart right below the original.
