Wobby's Knowledge feature serves as your personal data hub. Upload, analyze, and manage your private sources, and share them with your organization.
Adding Sources
You can add sources to Wobby in several formats:
Excel or CSV: Upload your sources as a spreadsheet.
Clipboard: Paste your dataset directly.
PostgreSQL: Connect to a live database.
Web Page: Add web pages for analysis.
Choose the appropriate format according to your source type.
How to Upload a CSV or Excel Format
Select your file and give Wobby a few seconds to load it.
Preview the data to ensure everything looks correct.
Click the "Look Good, Continue" button to proceed.
Next, provide a high-level description of your dataset and describe your sources. This helps Wobby better understand your data and objectives. Click the "Finish and Upload" button when done.
Exploring Your Sources
Wobby offers several tabs to help you understand your data better:
Data Explorer: Explore and filter your dataset.
Metadata: Enrich your data with extra context and AI-generated descriptions.
Quality: Check and improve the quality of your sources with Wobby's help.
Ideas: Discover AI-generated ideas to spark curiosity and guide your analysis.
Open in Document
Access your sources within the document via the sources tab on the right sidebar. Analyze or interpret your data using the Chatbox.
Wobby can generate reports, charts (bar, pie, or line), and create content based on your data and charts.
Extra Tips
1. Execute AI-Generated Ideas
On the Dataset page, use the Ideas Tab to access AI-generated analysis ideas. Execute these ideas to open a new document where you can generate and add charts based on these insights.
2. Validate AI's Work
Always verify Wobby's AI-generated charts. Click the Validate icon to see a detailed breakdown of the AI's process, including Python code if you're familiar with coding.
3. Customize Your Charts
Edit your charts to match your preferences by clicking on Edit. A pop-up will allow you to modify the format, colors, and other aspects of the chart.
